Our Returns Policy

To return any stock please fill in the returns form you received in your parcel or print this document here.

If you wish to return products please notify and send an email to supportduhvine@gmail.com quoting your WEB order number, your name, product code (found on the invoice) reason for the return within 14 days of receiving the goods (with completed returns form specified above). This also applies to faulty goods received so please check your full order once it arrives and email supportduhvine@gmail.com if you have any problems.  

All items should be returned in their original condition and packaging with the returns form enclosed. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties or for the return postage costs.

Once the items are received by us, your refund will be credited via the same method the original payment was made or can be it can be exchanged. We will process your refund within 1 week of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds can take 3-10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your banks accepting process.

  • For Sale items, we will not accept any returns due to the nature of these styles being reduced for the seasonal end of season sale
  • We will not be able to refund your order without a completed returns form provided enclosed in your parcel
  • We do not accept returns on only lingerie items due to health reasons.
  • We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post and can be sent from your local post office
  • We reserve the right to deduct an Admin restocking fee of up to 20% on returns that do not have a genuine manufacturing fault
  • Your refund will be credited by the same method of payment and/or to the same card with which you made your original payment
  • Please note all UK returns must be received back to us within 5 working days. All International orders must be received back within 7 working days
